Wheels are heavy, especially on larger car models, and frequent wheel replacements can have a heavy toll on backs and shoulders. Movomech’s wheel handling concept facilitates car wheel changes and improves the working posture of the fitters.

Pneumatic lifting manipulator

All work phases when replacing a wheel – loosening, removing, replacing and retightening nuts – are performed quickly and easily with the aid of a well-balanced gripping tool and a light and smooth pneumatic lifting unit: the Mechlight Pro™. The manipulator holds the wheel steady at the right working height and is easily handled with minimal hand strength.

Freely rotating in crane system

The Mechlight Pro™ pneumatic manipulator is best mounted in a ceiling-mounted crane system and is both quick and easy to use. The tool can freely rotate continuously, which means that the fitter never needs to worry about tangled nut runner hoses.

Integrated air feed for nut runner

The tool also has an integrated air supply for a pneumatic nut runner, as well as a storage box for nuts. The wheel handling tool is suitable for all wheel sizes and is classed for loads of up to 25 kg.
