Electric wire balancer

For advanced material handling with strict demands on safety, ergonomics and precision, Movomech offers the electric lifting manipulator ZE Solution™ from Sapelem. This lifting solution complements Movomech’s wide product range and is a recommended choice for handling operations with a need for the integration of extensive technical features in the controller.

Electrically controlled lifting with servomotor

ZE Solution™ is available in a pillar-mounted version, ZE Arm™, with a light and strong rotating folding arm, and also as a standalone unit ELS™, for installation in an overhead crane system for unrestricted movement over large work areas. Common to both versions is the combination of a strong and flexible lifting wire and an electrical lifting function controlled by an intelligent ZE Joystick™ actuator with built-in display.

Intelligent control unit

The actuator is fully equipped with safety features and technology for precise adaptation to the customer’s handling. All programming and customization are conducted easily and intuitively via the operating system’s menu system – no external laptop or reprogramming device is needed!

In combination with end effector

The actuator is fitted with a custom end effector for professional and ergonomic lifting operations, typically in the form of a pneumatic gripper tool or a vacuum yoke with which the actuator’s additional functionality is seamlessly integrated.
