Versatile moment-absorbing manipulator

Pneumatic Mechlift Pro is a versatile pneumatic moment-absorbing industrial mani­pu­lator suitable for many types of lifting for loads of up to 150 kg. The lifter’s upper mount can be fixed or rotatable. The lower serction can be fitted with a number of different tool adapters, with or without rotation.

Ready for integration with gripper tool

A pneumatic gripping tool and control units are easily integrated with the tool adapter. Even a simple mechanical tool provides smooth and ergonomic handling. The pillar unit’s moment-absorbing wheels enable loads outside the lifter’s vertical lifting axis.

Reliable and easy to service

The pillar-mounted Mechlift Pro is well suited to demanding environments requiring high reliability and performance, such as in assembly processes in the automotive industry. The pillar unit consists of telescoping aluminium profiles that are anodized and thus completely maintenance-free. Moreover, all other parts are easily accessible for maintenance and inspection.
