Electric moment-absorbing manipulator

Mechstack Pro is a strong, electrically powered industrial lifting manipulator for efficient material handling and for stacking loads of up to 650 kg with a torque of up to 4000 Nm. As standard, this industrial manipulator has a working stroke length of up to almost 5 metres. It is controlled and steered with a joystick via a frequency converter, providing a continously variable and synchronous lifting speed. The simplex driving chains, connecting the drive axle with the trolleys, are well-protected inside the aluminium profiles.

Strong and flexible stacker

Typical applications for Mechstack Pro are the stacking of heavy or bulky items onto pallets or pallet storage, and the collection and delivery of items at material depots.

Standard or tailor-made

Mechstack Pro is also used for tailor-made assembly stations. A tool frame is available as a standard accessory, on which a mechanical, electrical or pneumatic gripper tool can be mounted to provide a unique custom handling solution.
