Automotive Glass Repair (AGR) equipment consists of a pneumatic glass handling tool and a chain hoist mounted on a Mechrail™ overhead crane system or a jib crane. We also offer an accessory stand that makes it easy to flip the windscreen for cleaning while being held in place by the gripping tool.

Safe and ergonomic car glass mounting

The AGR tool has been developed in collaboration with car glass fitters and is designed for both optimal work ergonomics and safe product handling. The work is made lighter and safer for the operator, who is spared uncomfortable postures and thereby reduces their risk of occupational injury.

More effective staff means a better bottom line

In addition to reducing the risk of occupational injuries and sick leave, AGR equipment increases efficiency and flexibility at the workplace in that windscreen replacement becomes a job for one rather than two fitters.

More application areas

The AGR tool can of course also be used for lifting other types of flat objects, such as glass panes, bonnets, panels and more.
